- If a project is canceled by the client before any work begins, a full refund will be issued.
- If the scope of the project cannot be fulfilled as agreed, a partial refund may be considered.
Non-Refundable Payments
- Payments for completed services or delivered work are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction due to unclear project briefs or changes in requirements after the work has begun.
